The Dutch Barn

Converted in 2023 from a disused outbuilding, the Dutch Barn retains the traditional corrugated metal structure and original beams and is paired with crittall windows to provide a light filled entertainment hub.

Access to the Dutch Barn and its amenities is only available when booking the whole complex or Farmhouse & Stone Barn together or Farmhouse on its own. Not when booking just the Stone Barn or Cottage.

On the ground floor find the entrance hall and guest WC, Cinema Room with Sky TV and Dolby Atmos surround sound, Gym with Peloton+ bike, Concept 2 Row Erg, Boxing bags, dumbbell set, TRX, gymnastics rings, yoga mats and more. Beyond the gym find the changing rooms with shower, WC, and steam room. An 8-person barrel sauna can be found outside.

On the first floor find the open living room and dining room with seating for 20 guests, lounge with fireplace, and front and back staff kitchen. The terrace opens to a 16m heated swimming pool, outdoor kitchen with Large Big Green Egg and gas BBQ, and the apple orchard.

Beyond the Dutch Barn is the Tennis court with built in football goals and multi-use astro surface.
