From how things work to what to expect, we have gathered the little details that help make your stay smooth, comfortable and enjoyable. Whether you are curious about arrival times, the rhythm of the day, or where to find what, this page holds the answers. If there’s anything we haven’t covered here, our team will be happy to assist before or during your stay.
Please note the following important information for your stay. Fireworks are not permitted on the property, and helicopter landings are not allowed. The nearest helipad is located at Soho Farmhouse. Guests are kindly asked not to move furniture or large items between buildings; a charge per room will apply. Any external staff or guest chefs must be approved in advance.
Staff are present on site to assist during your stay. Mike the gardener is on the property on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8am to 4pm, with no loud machinery used before 10am when guests are present. Sarah, the property manager, is available Tuesday to Saturday from 8am to 4pm and remains on call 24/7 while guests are staying, should any issues arise.
Check-in: 3pm; Check-out: 10am We try to be flexible when notice is given, but may not always be possible.
Sarah will meet you on arrival and allocate keys and gate fobs. You will be given a site tour and explanation, and a safety briefing. Upon departure Sarah will take the keys and fobs back from you and ask you to settle any outstanding charges.
Please report it to Sarah immediately. Do not try to clean the spill yourself as this may make it worse.
We ask guests to move inside after 11pm to avoid disturbing local residents.
